Explore the adventures

Let’s get stuck in and see what outdoor adventure trips we’ve got planned in, shall we? There’ll be new ones added all the time, so keep an eye out and get your ticket secured when they’re released.

One Day Adventures

Day Adventures are one day events focused on getting you outdoors and building confidence in your own abilities. We’ll be heading out for a few hours to go hiking, maybe a wild swim, learn some skills and celebrate a great day out by finishing at the pub. There’ll be a mix of women only + open to all events to suit all levels.

Weekend Adventures

I offer full guided Weekend Adventures that start on a Friday night, taking you right through to Sunday afternoon, meaning you get to enjoy a proper break in the outdoors! These weekends will vary in location, accommodation and activities but expect some stunning remote places perfect for hiking, wild swimming and making new friends.

Camping Adventures

Women’s Camping Adventures are all about giving you the opportunity to try a wild or semi-wild camp, with the comfort of being surrounded by other women. You’ll get to experience cooking your dinner outside, setting up your tent and being self-sufficient in the wild, within the safety of a small female group. Nothing beats falling asleep to the sounds of nature…

Private Adventures

I offer private 1-2-1 or private group day and weekend adventures. We will put together a plan according to your current level and goals for the adventure. We can cover skill work, coaching towards your own leading qualifications, or I can just be a supporting guide if you’re nervous about getting into the outdoors. Drop me a message in the contact page and I’ll be in touch to discuss further.

FAQs

Are the events suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! There’s events for everyone - some more suited to beginners and some more suited to those who’ve been hiking before and want a challenge. On the details for each event you’ll find a summary of who it is best for. I also organise free monthly events specifically aimed at beginners who want to give a hike a try!

Can I come on my own?

Yes, and I encourage you do! These events are great for building your confidence and stepping outside your comfort zone. But of course, you’re always welcome to sign up with your bestie.

What equipment / kit will I need?

You’ll be sent a full list of recommend kit when you book, but in general it’s good to have some hiking boots (or shoes) with good grip, and some waterproofs. You may need a few more things if you’re booking onto a weekend or camping trip, but you can ask if you’re unsure about anything before you book!

Are dogs and children allowed?

Well behaved dogs are very welcome, in fact, I’ll be over the moon if you bring a furry friend along. Please just make sure you have enough provisions to cover yourself + your dog, and that your dog is used to long walks. In some areas you’ll need to keep your dog on a lead if livestock are around.

All adventures are designed for adults, unless specified as a family-friendly route where children are welcome.

What’s included in the price?

It varies depending on the event, but in general, day adventures cover: the route designed and planned for you, a qualified leader to keep everyone safe and guide the group around, and a qualified outdoor first-aider in case of emergency. Plus, the opportunity to get outside and gain confidence in your abilities, which is priceless!

Can I have a 1-2-1 adventure?

Absolutely, I would love to take you out and we can plan the day or weekend according to your current level and goals for the adventure. We can cover skill work, coaching towards your own leading qualifications, or I can just be a supporting guide if you’re nervous about getting into the outdoors. Drop me a message using the link below and I’ll be in touch to discuss further.
