01/08 Women's Hike & Wild Dip at Black Hill & Wessenden Waterfalls

£30.00

Saturday 1st August 2026 9am

Only 2 tickets needed for this to be guaranteed to run

What a beautiful way to spend your Saturday, at the stunning Black Hill & Wessenden Waterfalls at the very top of the Peak District. We’ll be in a small group with a focus on getting some fresh air, making some new friends, and bonding over the cold water if you’re brave to take a dip!

Route Summary:

9am-4pm (Approx.)

10 miles + 420m elevation

Moderate difficulty (beginner hikers will enjoy this more with a good fitness level)

Women only

Exact meeting point and details will be sent out via email nearer to the event. Please note the ‘wild dip’ is completely optional so there’s no pressure if you don’t fancy going in the water. For those who’d like to give it a go, please bear in mind the water will be cold so ensure you have some warm clothes to put on afterwards. I recommend bringing a flask of warm drink too. Water shoes are recommended to protect your feet on any rocks in the water.
